• MaxLight™750 is a new Near IR stable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight™750, Alexa Fluor™700 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
• Absorbance (759nm); Emission (780nm); Extinction Coefficient 240,000.
• Deoxycytidylate deaminase (DCTD; EC 3.5.4.12) catalyzes the deamination of dCMP to dUMP, thus providing the nucleotide substrate for thymidylate synthase (MIM 188350).
• DCTD is allosterically activated by dCTP and inhibited by dTTP [supplied by OMIM].
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
