• MaxLight™750 is a new Near IR stable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight™750, Alexa Fluor™700 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
• Absorbance (759nm); Emission (780nm); Extinction Coefficient 240,000.
• Citrate transport protein (CTP) is involved in citrate-H(+)/malate exchange and is important for the bioenergetics of hepatic cells as it provides a carbon source for fatty acid and sterol biosyntheses, and NAD+ for the glycolytic pathway.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Flow Cytometry (Not Tested), FLISA
• Recommended Dilution:FLISA: 1:1,000Western Blot: 1:100-500Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-100
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Caution: MaxLight™750 conjugates are sensitive to light.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
