MaxLight™750 is a new Near IR stable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight™750, Alexa Fluor™700 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
The protein encoded by this gene is an embryonic nuclear transcription factor that binds to a specific DNA element, the palindromic T-site.
It binds through a region in its N-terminus, called the T-box, and effects transcription of genes required for mesoderm formation and differentiation.
The protein is localized to notochord-derived cells.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, FLISA and Immunofluorescence.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions:Western Blot: 1:1000Immunofluorescence: 1:10-1:50Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
