MaxLight™750 is a new Near IR stable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight™750, Alexa Fluor™700 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
Partial homology to a transcriptional repressor and histone-interacting protein suggests that GCFC is involved in the regulation of transcription.
it GCFC binds to the GC-rich sequences (5'-gcggggc-3') present in the epidermal growth factor receptor, beta-actin, and calcium-dependent protease promoters.
