• MaxLight™750 is a new Near IR stable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight™750, Alexa Fluor™700 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
• Absorbance (759nm); Emission (780nm); Extinction Coefficient 240,000.
• The protein encoded by this gene is a type I transmembrane protein that localizes to the endocytic pathway.
• This protein contains a RING zinc-finger motif and has been shown to possess E3 ubiquitin ligase activity.
• Expression of this gene in retrovirally transduced T cell hybridoma significantly inhibits activation-induced IL2 and IL4 cytokine production.
• Induced expression of this gene was observed in anergic CD4(+) T cells, which suggested a role in the induction of anergic phenotype.
• Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been reported.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and FLISA.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilutions:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
