MaxLight™750 is a new Near IR stable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight™750, Alexa Fluor™700 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
The protein encoded by this gene contains a ring finger motif, which is known to be involved in protein-protein interactions.
The specific function of this protein has not yet been determined.
EST data suggests the existence of multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants, however, their full length nature is not known.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.
Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilutions:Western Blot: 1:1000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Caution: MaxLight™750 conjugates are sensitive to light.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
