特徴

• MaxLight™750 is a new Near IR stable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight™750, Alexa Fluor™700 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
• Absorbance (759nm); Emission (780nm); Extinction Coefficient 240,000.
• CD9 is a member of the transmembrane 4 superfamily, also known as the tetraspanin family.
• Most of these members are cell-surface proteins that are characterized by the presence of four hydrophobic domains.
• The proteins mediate signal transduction events that play a role in the regulation of cell development, activation, growth and motility.
• This protein is a cell surface glycoprotein that is known to complex with integrins and other transmembrane 4 superfamily proteins.
• It can modulate cell adhesion and migration and also trigger platelet activation and aggregation.
• In addition, the protein appears to promote muscle cell fusion and support myotube maintenance.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, Flow Cytometry (Not Tested) and FLISA.
• Other applications have not been tested.
• Recommended Dilutions:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Caution: MaxLight™750 conjugates are sensitive to light.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
• Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
