• Absorbance (759nm); Emission (780nm); Extinction Coefficient 240,000.
• CSDA binds to the GM-CSF promoter.
• Seems to act as a repressor.
• Binds also to full length mRNA and to short RNA sequences containing the consensus site 5'-UCCAUCA-3'.
• May have a role in translation repression (By similarity).
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, FLISA
• Recommended Dilution:FLISA: 1:1,000Western Blot: 1:100-500
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Caution: MaxLight™750 conjugates are sensitive to light.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
