• DNA binding proteins that associates with chromatin and has the ability to bend DNA.
• Binds preferentially single-stranded DNA.
• Involved in V(D)J recombination by acting as a cofactor of the RAG complex.
• Acts by stimulating cleavage and RAG protein binding at the 23 bp spacer of conserved recombination signal sequences (RSS).
• Heparin-binding protein that has a role in the extension of neurite-type cytoplasmic processes in developing cells (By similarity).
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and FLISA.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilutions:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Caution: MaxLight™750 conjugates are sensitive to light.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
