特徴

• MaxLight™750 is a new Near IR stable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight™750, Alexa Fluor™700 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
• Absorbance (759nm); Emission (780nm); Extinction Coefficient 240,000.
• This gene encodes a member of the scavenger receptor cysteine-rich (SRCR) superfamily.
• Members of this family are secreted or membrane-anchored proteins mainly found in cells associated with the immune system.
• The SRCR family is defined by a 100-110 amino acid SRCR domain, which may mediate protein-protein interaction and ligand binding.
• The encoded protein contains twelve SRCR domains, a transmembrane region and a cytoplasmic domain.
• Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been described but their full-length nature has not been determined.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and FLISA.
• Other applications have not been tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry (FFPE): Requires HIER using EDTA, pH 9.0 prior to staining
• Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Caution: MaxLight™750 conjugates are sensitive to light.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
• Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
