特徴

• MaxLight™750 is a new Near IR stable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight™750, Alexa Fluor™700 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
• Absorbance (759nm); Emission (780nm); Extinction Coefficient 240,000.
• This gene encodes the peroxisomal enzyme D-amino acid oxidase.
• The enzyme is a flavoprotein which uses flavin adenine dinucleotide (FAD) as its prosthetic group.
• Its substrates include a wide variety of D-amino acids, but it is inactive on the naturally occurring L-amino acids.
• Its biological function is not known; it may act as a detoxifying agent which removes D-amino acids that accumulate during aging.
• In mice, it degrades D-serine, a co-agonist of the NMDA receptor.
• This gene may play a role in the pathophysiology of schizophrenia.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and FLISA.
• Other applications have not been tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Caution: MaxLight™750 conjugates are sensitive to light.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
• Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
