特徴

• MaxLight™750 is a new Near IR stable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight™750, Alexa Fluor™700 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
• Absorbance (759nm); Emission (780nm); Extinction Coefficient 240,000.
• This gene encodes a transcription factor that contains both basic helix-loop-helix and leucine zipper structural features.
• It regulates the differentiation and development of melanocytes retinal pigment epithelium and is also responsible for pigment cell-specific transcription of the melanogenesis enzyme genes.
• Heterozygous mutations in the this gene cause auditory-pigmentary syndromes, such as Waardenburg syndrome type 2 and Tietz syndrome.
• Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, Flow Cytometry (Not Tested) and FLISA.
• Other applications have not been tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Caution: MaxLight™750 conjugates are sensitive to light.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
• Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
