特徴

• MaxLight™750 is a new Near IR stable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight™750, Alexa Fluor™700 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
• Absorbance (759nm); Emission (780nm); Extinction Coefficient 240,000.
• This gene encodes an enzyme which catalyzes the posttranslational modification of vitamin K-dependent protein.
• Many of these vitamin K-dependent proteins are involved in coagulation so the function of the encoded enzyme is essential for hemostasis.
• Mutations in this gene are associated with vitamin K-dependent coagulation defect and PXE-like disorder with multiple coagulation factor deficiency.
• Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, FLISA

• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
