• MaxLight™750 is a new Near IR stable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight™750, Alexa Fluor™700 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
• Absorbance (759nm); Emission (780nm); Extinction Coefficient 240,000.
• This gene encodes a member of the basic helix-loop-helix leucine zipper family, and can function as a cellular transcription factor.
• The encoded protein can activate transcription through pyrimidine-rich initiator (Inr) elements and E-box motifs.
• This gene has been linked to familial combined hyperlipidemia (FCHL).
• Two transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been identified for this gene.
• Applications:Suitable for use in FLISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence and Immunohistochemisty.
• Other potential application, though not tested is Direct Flow Cytometry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilutions:Immunohistochemistry: Formalin fixed, paraffin embedded tissues Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Caution: MaxLight™750 conjugates are sensitive to light.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
• Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
