• MaxLight™750 is a new Near IR stable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight™750, Alexa Fluor™700 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
• Absorbance (759nm); Emission (780nm); Extinction Coefficient 240,000.
• This gene is a member of the basic helix-loop-helix (BHLH) family of transcription factors.
• It activates transcription by binding to the E box (5'-CANNTG-3').
• Dimerization with other BHLH proteins is required for efficient DNA binding.
• Involved in the determination of the neuronal precursors in the peripheral nervous system and the central nervous system.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and FLISA.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilutions:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
