• MaxLight™750 is a new Near IR stable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight™750, Alexa Fluor™700 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
• Absorbance (759nm); Emission (780nm); Extinction Coefficient 240,000.
• Part of the AP-3 complex, an adapter-related complex which is not clathrin-associated.
• The complex is associated with the Golgi region as well as more peripheral structures.
• It facilitates the budding of vesicles from the Golgi membrane and may be directly involved in trafficking to lysosomes.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, FLISA
• Recommended Dilution:FLISA: 1:1,000Western Blot: 1:100-500Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-100
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
