特徴

• MaxLight™750 is a new Near IR stable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight™750, Alexa Fluor™700 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.

• RBBP7 is a ubiquitously expressed nuclear protein and belongs to a highly conserved subfamily of WD-repeat proteins.
• It is found among several proteins that binds directly to retinoblastoma protein, which regulates cell proliferation.
• This protein is found in many histone deacetylase complexes, including mSin3 co-repressor complex.
• It is also present in protein complexes involved in chromatin assembly.
• This protein can interact with BRCA1 tumor-suppressor gene and may have a role in the regulation of cell proliferation and differentiation.
• Applications:Suitable for use in FLISA and Western Blot.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:FLISA: 1:1,000Western Blot: 1:100-1:500Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
