特徴

• MaxLight™750 is a new Near IR stable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight™750, Alexa Fluor™700 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
• Absorbance (759nm); Emission (780nm); Extinction Coefficient 240,000.
• Transduction of extracellular matrix signals through integrins influences intracellular and extracellular functions, and appears to require interaction of integrin cytoplasmic domains with cellular proteins.
• Integrin-linked kinase (ILK) is an ankyrin repeat containing 51kD receptor-proximate serine-threonine kinase (1), with a reported migration rate of 59K.
• This 451aa protein interacts with the cytoplasmic domain of the beta-1 integrin subunit and contains sequence motifs found in pleckstrin homology domains capable of interacting with phosphoinositide lipids.
• ILK is an upstream regulator of Pi(3)K dependent activation of protein kinase B (PKB/AKT) and inhibition of glycogen synthase kinase 3 (GSK-3).
• ILK2 expression is associated with mediation of cell architecture, adhesion to integrin substrates and anchorage-dependent growth in epithelial cells.
• ILK2 is overexpressed in some highly invasive tumor cell lines.
• Applications:Suitable for use in FLISA and Immunohistochemistry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:FLISA: 1:1,000Immunohistochemistry: 1:10-1:50Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Caution: MaxLight™750 conjugates are sensitive to light.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
• Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
