特徴

• MaxLight™750 is a new Near IR stable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight™750, Alexa Fluor™700 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
• Absorbance (759nm); Emission (780nm); Extinction Coefficient 240,000.
• ZMPSTE24 is a zinc metalloprotease similar to yeast Ste24p.
• It is an integral membrane protein belonging to peptidase family M48 and is found in the endoplasmic reticulum and possibly in the Golgi compartment.
• It is thought to be involved in the proteolytic processing of farnesylated proteins.
• Applications:Suitable for use in FLISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:FLISA: 1:1,000Western Blot: 1:100-1:500Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:100Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Caution: MaxLight™750 conjugates are sensitive to light.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
