特徴

• MaxLight™750 is a new Near IR stable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight™750, Alexa Fluor™700 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
• Absorbance (759nm); Emission (780nm); Extinction Coefficient 240,000.
• CEM15 is a member of the cytidine deaminase family.
• It is the product of one of seven related genes or pseudogenes found in a cluster, thought to result from gene duplication, on chromosome 22.
• Members of the cluster encode proteins that are structurally and functionally related to the C to U RNA-editing cytidine deaminase APOBEC1.
• It is thought that the proteins may be RNA editing enzymes and have roles in growth or cell cycle control.
• CEM15 has been found to be a specific inhibitor of human immunodeficiency virus-1 (HIV-1) infectivity.
• Applications:Suitable for use in FLISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilutions:Immunohistochemistry: Formalin fixed and paraffin embedded tissuesOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Caution: MaxLight™750 conjugates are sensitive to light.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
• Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
