特徴

• MaxLight™750 is a new Near IR stable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight™750, Alexa Fluor™700 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
• Absorbance (759nm); Emission (780nm); Extinction Coefficient 240,000.
• Listeria are Gram-positive bacilli and are widespread in the environment.
• It can be found in soil, dust, mud, vegetation, silage, sewage and most animals.
• It has been found in 5% or more of normal healthy people, usually in the gut.
• It has the unusual characteristic of being able to grow, albeit slowly, at temperatures as low as 0°C.
• There are several different subtypes of L.
• monocytogenes (the main cause of disease) and L.
• innocua, which is very similar but apparently do not cause disease in man.
• Applications:Suitable for use in FLISA.
• Other applications have not been tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Caution: MaxLight™750 conjugates are sensitive to light.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
• Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
