MaxLight™750 is a new Near IR stable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight™750, Alexa Fluor™700 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
The Influenza A virus is a genus of the Orthomyxoviridae family of viruses and includes only one species.
Influenza A viruses are negative sense, single-stranded, segmented RNA viruses.
There are several subtypes, labeled according to an H number (for the type of hemagglutinin) and an N number (for the type of neuraminidase).
There are 16 different H antigens (H1 to H16) and nine different N antigens (N1 to N9).
Applications:Suitable for use in FLISA.
Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Caution: MaxLight™750 conjugates are sensitive to light.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
