• MaxLight™750 is a new Near IR stable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight™750, Alexa Fluor™700 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
• Absorbance (759nm); Emission (780nm); Extinction Coefficient 240,000.
• Applications:Suitable for use in FLISA, Neutralization, and Western Blot.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:FLISA (Indirect): 0.5-2ug/ml.
• Using 100ul/well antibody solution.
• When used in conjunction with the compatible secondary reagents, the detection limit is of 0.2-0.4ng/well
• FLISA (Sandwich): 0.5-2ug/ml.
• Using 100ul/well antibody solution.
• When used in conjunction with K1000A, as a detection antibody, the detection limit is of 0.2-0.4ng/well
• Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml.
• Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit is 1.5-3.0ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions.
• Immunohistochemistry: 0.5ug/ml, overnight at 4°C.
• This antibody stained formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections of normal human skin.
• An HRP-labeled polymerdetection system was used with a non-alcohol soluble AEC chromogen and a proteinase K antigen retrieval.
• Neutralization: 0.56-0.85ug/ml, to yeild one-half maximal inhibition [ND50] of the biological activity of hKGF (25ng/ml)
• Optimal dilution determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Caution: MaxLight™750 conjugates are sensitive to light.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
• Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
