• MaxLight™650 is a new Far-IR stable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™647, DyLight™649, Cy5™ and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
• Absorbance (655nm); Emission (676nm); Extinction Coefficient 250,000.
• APOB, also named as Apo B-48 and Apo B-100, is a major protein constituent of chylomicrons (apo B-48), LDL (apo B-100) and VLDL (apo B-100).
• APOB functions as a recognition signal for the cellular binding and internalization of LDL particles by the apoB/E receptor.
• Defects in APOB are a cause of familial hypobetalipoproteinemia (FHBL).
• Defects in APOB are a cause of familial ligand-defective apolipoprotein B-100 (FDB).
• Defects in APOB associated with defects in other genes (polygenic) can contribute to hypocholesterolemia.
• The antibody is specific to APOB.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
