MaxLight™650 is a new Far-IR stable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™647, DyLight™649, Cy5™ and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
PEMT is an enzyme which converts phosphatidylethanolamine to phosphatidylcholine by sequential methylation in the liver.
The protein localizes to the endoplasmic reticulum and mitochondria-associated membranes.
The gene is within the Smith-Magenis syndrome region on chromosome 17.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.
