• MaxLight™650 is a new Far-IR stable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™647, DyLight™649, Cy5™ and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.

• PAR6 is a cell membrane protein involved in cell polarization and asymmetrical cell division processes as part of a multi protein complex.
• It is thought to be involved in the invasive phenotype that is associated with metastatic carcinomas, playing a role in the epithelial to mesenchymal transition (EMT).
• PAR6 is also thought to be involved in the formation of epithelial tight junctions.
• PAR6 contains a semi Cdc42/Rac interactive binding (CRIB) domain and a PDZ (PSD95/Discs-large/ZO1) domain, and several different PAR6 isoforms have been identified.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.
