MaxLight™650 is a new Far-IR stable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™647, DyLight™649, Cy5™ and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
DDB2 is required for expression of an ultraviolet radiation (UV)-damaged DNA-binding activity and is disrupted by mutations in the subset of xeroderma pigmentosum group E cells that lack this activity, DDB-negative XPE.
DDB2 is the smaller subunit of a heterodimeric protein implicated in the etiology of xeroderma pigmentosum group E.
This subunit appears to be required for DNA binding.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
