Cdc25C is a tyrosine protein phosphatase required for progression of the cell cycle.
Cdc25C activates cell cycle-specific cyclin-dependent kinases (CDKs), including cdc2, via dephosphorylation events.
Cdc25C is activated via phosphorylation at Ser216.
In response to DNA damage and DNA replicational stress, Chk1 and Chk2 phosphorylate Cdc25C to prevent entry into mitosis.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.

Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Caution: MaxLight™650 conjugates are sensitive to light.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
