MaxLight™650 is a new Far-IR stable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™647, DyLight™649, Cy5™ and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
The ST6 metastasis suppressor gene product is a membrane glycoprotein that is a member of the transmembrane 4 superfamily.
Expression has been shown to be downregulated in tumor progression of human cancers and can be activated by p53 through a consensus binding sequence in the promoter.
Its expression and that of p53 are strongly correlated, and the loss of expression of these two proteins is associated with poor survival for prostate cancer patients.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and FLISA.
Other potential application, though not tested is Direct Flow Cytometry.
Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry: Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded sectionsOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
