• MaxLight™650 is a new Far-IR stable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™647, DyLight™649, Cy5™ and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
• Absorbance (655nm); Emission (676nm); Extinction Coefficient 250,000.
• Various ubiquitin-like (UBL) post-translational modifiers contribute critically to the protein degradation pathway .
• These UBLs are covalently linked to most target proteins through an enzymatic cascade analogous to ubiquitylation, consisting of E1 (activating), E2 (conjugating), and E3 (ligating) enzymes.
• Ufc1 Belongs to the ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme family, and is an E2-like enzyme which forms an intermediate with UFM1, a novel ubiquitin-fold modifier, via thioester linkage.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Flow Cytometry (Not Tested), FLISA
• Recommended Dilution:FLISA: 1:1,000Western Blot: 1:100-500Immunohistochemistry: 1:10-50
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Caution: MaxLight™650 conjugates are sensitive to light.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
