• Absorbance (655nm); Emission (676nm); Extinction Coefficient 250,000.
• SGEF activates RhoG GTPase by promoting the exchange of GDP by GTP.
• Required for the formation of membrane ruffles during macropinocytosis.
• Required for the formation of cup-like structures during trans-endothelial migration of leukocytes.
• In case of Salmonella enterica infection, activated by SopB, which induces cytoskeleton rearrangements and promotes bacterial entry.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and FLISA.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilutions:Immunohistochemistry: Formalin fixed and paraffin embedded tissuesOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Caution: MaxLight™650 conjugates are sensitive to light.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
• Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
