MaxLight™650 is a new Far-IR stable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™647, DyLight™649, Cy5™ and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
Epitope tags consisting of short sequences recognized by well-characterizated antibodies have been widely used in the study of protein expression in various systems.
VSV-g is an epitope tag composed of an 11 residue peptide, YTDIEMNRLGK, derived from the Vesicular Stomatitis viral glycoprotein.
Our anti-VSV-g polyclonal antibody provides a simple solution to detect the expression of a VSV-g-tagged protein in cells.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and FLISA.
Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
