• MaxLight™650 is a new Far-IR stable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™647, DyLight™649, Cy5™ and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
• Absorbance (655nm); Emission (676nm); Extinction Coefficient 250,000.
• This gene encodes a serine/arginine protein kinase specific for the SR (serine/arginine-rich domain) family of splicing factors.
• The protein localizes to the nucleus and the cytoplasm.
• It is thought to play a role in regulation of both constitutive and alternative splicing by regulating intracellular localization of splicing factors.
• A second alternatively spliced transcript variant for this gene has been described, but its full length nature has not been determined.
• Applications:Suitable for use in FLISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:FLISA: 1:1,000Western Blot: 1:100-1:500Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:100Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
