84-3088-39 [取扱停止]RPS15, NT (40S Ribosomal Protein S15, RIG Protein, RIG) (MaxLight 650) 100ul R2031-39Q-ML650
特徴
MaxLight™650 is a new Far-IR stable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™647, DyLight™649, Cy5™ and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
Absorbance (655nm); Emission (676nm); Extinction Coefficient 250,000.
Ribosomes, the organelles that catalyze protein synthesis, consist of a small 40S subunit and a large 60S subunit.
Together these subunits are composed of 4 RNA species and approximately 80 structurally distinct proteins.
RPS15 is a component of the 40S subunit.
The protein belongs to the S19P family of ribosomal proteins.
It is located in the cytoplasm.
