• Absorbance (655nm); Emission (676nm); Extinction Coefficient 250,000.
• MYO1C is a member of the unconventional myosin protein family, which are actin-based molecular motors.
• The protein is found in the cytoplasm, and one isoform with a unique N-terminus is also found in the nucleus.
• The nuclear isoform associates with RNA polymerase I and II and functions in transcription initiation.
• The mouse ortholog of this protein also functions in intracellular vesicle transport to the plasma membrane.
• Applications:Suitable for use in FLISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:FLISA: 1:1,000Western Blot: 1:50-1:100Immunohistochemistry: 1:10-1:50Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Caution: MaxLight™650 conjugates are sensitive to light.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
