84-3072-23 [取扱停止]MCFD2, NT (Neural Stem Cell-derived Neuronal Survival Protein, Multiple Coagulation Factor Deficiency Protein 2, SDNSF) (MaxLight 650) 100ul M3889-46A-ML650
特徴
MaxLight™650 is a new Far-IR stable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™647, DyLight™649, Cy5™ and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
Absorbance (655nm); Emission (676nm); Extinction Coefficient 250,000.
The MCFD2-LMAN1 complex forms a specific cargo receptor for the ER-to-Golgi transport of selected proteins.
MCFD2 interacts in a calcium-dependent mannder with LMAN1.
Defects in MCFD2 are a cause of factor V and factor VIII combined deficiency (F5F8D); also known as multiple coagulation factor deficiency 2 (MCFD2).
F5F8D is an autosomal recessive bleeding disorder characterized by coordinate reduction of both clotting proteins.
