84-3072-01 [取扱停止]Glycogen Phosphorylase, Muscle Form, CT (PYGM, Myophosphorylase) (MaxLight 650) 100ul G8169-96B1-ML650
特徴
MaxLight™650 is a new Far-IR stable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™647, DyLight™649, Cy5™ and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
Absorbance (655nm); Emission (676nm); Extinction Coefficient 250,000.
PYGM catalyzes and regulates the breakdown of glycogen to glucose-1-phosphate.
Defects in PYGM are the cause of glycogen storage disease type 5 (GSD5), also known as McArdle disease.
GSD5 is a metabolic disorder resulting in myopathy characterized by exercise intolerance, cramps, muscle weakness and recurrent myoglobinuria.
