MaxLight™650 is a new Far-IR stable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™647, DyLight™649, Cy5™ and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
SENP5 is a protease that catalyzes two essential functions in the SUMO pathway: processing of full-length SUMO3 to its conjugatable mature form and deconjugation of SUMO2 and SUMO3 from targeted substrates.
This protein has weak proteolytic activity against full-length SUMO1 or SUMO1 conjugates.
SENP5 is required for cell division.
Applications:Suitable for use in FLISA and Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:FLISA: 1:1,000Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:100Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Caution: MaxLight™650 conjugates are sensitive to light.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
