MaxLight™550 is a new Yellow-Green photostable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™546, 555, DyLight™549 , Cy3™, TRITC and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
Sentrin-2 also known as SUMO-3 is a novel ubiquitin-like protein that can be conjugated to other proteins in a manner analogous to ubiquitination.
It is a 95aa peptide that is 46% identical and 66% homologous to sentrin-1.
Sentrin interacts with the death domains of Fas, TNFR1 (tumor necrosis factor receptor 1), PML (a tumor suppressor), Rad51 and Rad 52, which are involved in repairing dsDNA breaks, and with GAP1.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.

Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.

For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
