• MaxLight™550 is a new Yellow-Green photostable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™546, 555, DyLight™549 , Cy3™, TRITC and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
• Absorbance (550nm); Emission (575nm); Extinction Coefficient 150,000.
• DCI is a member of the hydratase/isomerase superfamily and is a key mitochondrial enzyme involved in beta-oxidation of unsaturated fatty acids.
• It catalyzes the transformation of 3-cis and 3-trans-enoyl-CoA esters arising during the stepwise degradation of cis-, mono-, and polyunsaturated fatty acids to the 2-trans-enoyl-CoA intermediates.
• Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been described, but their full length nature has not been determined.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.

• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
