MaxLight™550 is a new Yellow-Green photostable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™546, 555, DyLight™549 , Cy3™, TRITC and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
The protein phosphatase-1 (PP1) catalytic subunit (PPP1CA; MIM 176875) is regulated by targeting subunits, such as PP1R3B.
PP1R3B suppresses the rate at which PP1 dephosphorylates (i.e., inactivates) glycogen phosphorylase (see PYGL; MIM 232700) and enhances the rate at which it activates glycogen synthase (see GYS2; MIM 138571) (Doherty et al., 1995 [PubMed 7498521]).[supplied by OMIM].

Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Caution: MaxLight™550 conjugates are sensitive to light.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
