• The protein encoded by this gene is a zinc finger transcriptional activator that binds methylated DNA.
• The encoded protein can form homodimers or heterodimers through the zinc finger domains.
• In mouse, inhibition of this protein has been associated with apoptosis in some cell types.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, FLISA
• Recommended Dilution:FLISA: 1:1,000Western Blot: 1:100-500
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Caution: MaxLight™550 conjugates are sensitive to light.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
