• PDE8A plays a role in signal transduction by regulating the intracellular concentration of cyclic nucleotides.
• This phosphodiesterase, which has a high affinity for cAMP, may be involved in maintaining basal levels of the cyclic nucleotide and/or in the cAMP regulation of germ cell development.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, FLISA
• Recommended Dilution:FLISA: 1:1,000Immunohistochemistry: 1:10-50
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Caution: MaxLight™550 conjugates are sensitive to light.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
