MaxLight™550 is a new Yellow-Green photostable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™546, 555, DyLight™549 , Cy3™, TRITC and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
PCM-1 is required for centrosome assembly and function.
This protein is essential for the correct localization of several centrosomal proteins including CEP250, CETN3, PCNT and NEK2.
The protein is required to anchor microtubules to the centrosome.
Applications:Suitable for use in FLISA, Immunohistochemistry, Flow Cytometry (Not Tested) and Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:100Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Caution: MaxLight™550 conjugates are sensitive to light.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
