• The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the cdc2/cdkx subfamily of the ser/thr family of protein kinases.
• It may play a role in signal transduction cascades in terminally differentiated cells.
• This gene is thought to escape X inactivation.
• Two transcript variants encoding the same protein have been found for this gene.
• Applications:Suitable for use in FLISA and Western Blot.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:FLISA: 1:1,000Western Blot: 1:100-1:500Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
