• PAX6 is paired box gene 6, one of many human homologs of the Drosophila melanogaster gene prd.
• In addition to the hallmark feature of this gene family, a conserved paired box domain, the encoded protein also contains a homeo box domain.
• Both domains are known to bind DNA, and function as regulators of gene transcription.
• Applications:Suitable for use in FLISA and Western Blot.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:FLISA: 1:1,000Western Blot: 1:100-1:500Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
