• Absorbance (550nm); Emission (575nm); Extinction Coefficient 150,000.
• Secreted protein acidic and rich in cysteine/osteonectin/BM40, or SPARC, is a matrix-associated protein that elicits changes in cell shape, inhibits cell-cycle progression, and influences the synthesis of extracellular matrix (ECM).
• Applications:Suitable for use in FLISA, Immunohistochemistry, Flow Cytometry (Not Tested) and Western Blot.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry: 1:10-1:50Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Caution: MaxLight™550 conjugates are sensitive to light.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
• Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
