MaxLight™550 is a new Yellow-Green photostable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™546, 555, DyLight™549 , Cy3™, TRITC and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
NFE2 (MIM 601490), NFE2L1 (MIM 163260), and NFE2L2 comprise a family of human basic leucine zipper (bZIP) transcription factors.
They share highly conserved regions that are distinct from other bZIP families, such as JUN (MIM 165160) and FOS (MIM 164810), although remaining regions have diverged considerably from each other (Chan et al., 1995).
Applications:Suitable for use in FLISA and Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:FLISA: 1:1,000Western Blot: 1:50-1:100Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Caution: MaxLight™550 conjugates are sensitive to light.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
