• MaxLight™550 is a new Yellow-Green photostable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™546, 555, DyLight™549 , Cy3™, TRITC and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection.
• Absorbance (550nm); Emission (575nm); Extinction Coefficient 150,000.
• MAP2K2 is a dual specificity protein kinase that belongs to the MAP kinase kinase family.
• This kinase is known to play a critical role in mitogen growth factor signal transduction.
• It phosphorylates and thus activates MAPK1/ERK2 and MAPK2/ERK3.
• The activation of this kinase itself is dependent on the Ser/Thr phosphorylation by MAP kinase kinase kinases.
• The inhibition or degradation of this kinase is found to be involved in the pathogenesis of Yersinia and anthrax.
• Applications:Suitable for use in FLISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:FLISA: 1:1,000Western Blot: 1:100-1:500Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:100Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
• DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Caution: MaxLight™550 conjugates are sensitive to light.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
