Mitotic phosphorylation of H3 Thr 3 occurs in prophase and dephosphorylation during anaphase.
Haspin, a dual serine/threonine kinase, plays an important role in regulation of chromosome and spindle function during mitosis and meiosis via its function in phosphorylation of the threonine residue in the third position of histone 3 (Thr3).
Applications:Suitable for use in FLISA and Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:FLISA: 1:1,000Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:100Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C in the dark.
DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Caution: MaxLight™550 conjugates are sensitive to light.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
